I think it's probable but only when you're travelling at the speed of light
so it's basically impossible.

well in life there are times that you just go hmmmmmmmmmm...this is one of those times

just because there's unexplainable behavior in an old movie that looks like something more modern, doesnt mean we should draw absurd conclusions about it and actually consider these absurd conclusions as an actual possibility.

the lady could be trying to cover her face, or have some ice in her hand because she fell or got hit, covering a hickey or a mole, ridiculously itchy cheek... theres so many other real possibilities to consider. like..

those are hearing aids from the 1920's, you had to hold them up to your ear,you can even see in the video that her index finger was at the top of the device, indicating that she was pushing some sort of button. the size, shape, and controls of the device in her hands matches the first hearing aid nearly perfectly. so my conclusion would be that she was hard of hearing and was taking direction from the director by using this device.

this is why investigation is important.

did you read the forum post in that video's description anthony? it's got that explanation in it and why it isn't plausible.

ok i read it, the guys a nut.

"I mean really... what a set-up!! To be honest, and not just from my own opinion, but myself and many others just can't see any evidence of the above being carried by our suspect."

she was wearing a ton of cloths, you wouldnt be able to see it anyway. and wheres the evidence of time travel? that she has her hand on her face?? come on.

"On top of that, the grip is all wrong - that enormous hand would surely be covering the area that any audio needs to go through for them to hear, and then that leaves the most obvious question... Why is she talking? And seemingly in deep conversation!"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schizophrenia

maybe the entire point was to make her look like a crazy women?

that dude is trying WAYYY too hard to support an idea that has absolutely no real evidence to begin with. he is claiming time travel, yet dismissing other rational responses due too slight problems in the ideas.. when we don't even know if we will ever create a time machine, let alone one that can go back BEFORE the time machine was invented. on top of that he claims she could be an alien.. really!? wheres the evidence of that??

he is playing the "i need sufficient evidence for every theory except mine" card.
even if we never figure out exactly what she was doing, that far from suggests that she is some alien time traveler communicating with her mother ship.. smh.

What happens if you shoot a laser going at 99% the speed of light? Do you still observe the light going at C? Or is the light warped and slowed down?

depends whether the laser is going towards you or away from you.

and technically, lasers are made of light, so by my limited knowledge of the subject, it would be going the speed of light anyway, and would be purt near impossible to slow down.
