tips for editing?

alright i'm working on my final summer video and i need some tips.
how long should it be? i'm at 1:08 as of today
are there any good slowmo's instead of ramped slowmo?
song!? i found a song that fits it but its only about 1:45

I got myself banned.
How long? However long you want it, don't bore people with stupid filler tricks.

Good slowmos? I didn't know there was more than one type of slow motion. Slow motion kills videos. Kids over use it. If using slow motion blends with the beat, knock yourself, otherwise slowmoing random clips seems like you just trying to take up time in the video.

Don't ask us for a song. Its your video, not ours.
