Token Threadless Headset

Hi.

I need help with my Token Thread-less Headset.


When i Tighten or loosen it its either really tight and doesn't spin at all with no looseness and clunking back and forward. or its spins freely and well with MAJOR looseness and clunking back and forward. its really, really bad.
I have regular MGP threaded forks btw.

at the moment the headset is locking with 2 Madd gear lock-nuts.

If Anyone Can help that would be GREAT

P.S. someone told me headset spacers can be useful.

are the bearings in right? you won't need spacers, its threaded correctly.

is it sealed?

you don't need it to spin like a helicopter if its tight, just have it go around twice or so

did you put the race that came with the headset on the fork?
