If Andrew is willing to send me an SCS then yes, that is what I will do haha. I would feel the safest riding SCS after this crash happened.

HIC isn't made for that kind of stuff unless you have a loooong ass shim and thicker bars which can't happen.....

I'm sorry to see this but now you're in the league of extrodinary gentlemen with the likes of Donatelli faceplanting on that huuuge decade or KC dropping in on the 18 foot vert ramp.
You've just push this sport farther by falling like that. I commend your bravery in the face of such an obstacle and I hope you recover completely. Best wishes man, I still want to ride with you, someone I've respected and now respect more than ever.

Oh yeah and I'm absolutely selling my HIC setup and going to Baby SCS because this right here confirmed what I've been fearing for some time about HIC.

Respect tom. But seriously? Ever bar that has been out has broken at one time or another. Now that this happens, it gives everyone a huge chance to shit on lucky and it's immature and disrespectful. I'm not saying that lucky makes the best bars in the world but they can take a beating. I'm pretty sure almost any bar would have snapped or bent on that stair set..

I apologized to lucky and removed all of my bashing comments. The thing that made me angry was the fact that these didn't even have a crack so I thought they would be okay for a second try, then they just go and snap. And, Lucky comes up with some bogus excuse, but my cap was almost 2 years old, so that wasn't the problem and they don't own up to what happened. The fact that they tried to shrug it off like that is what made me angry.

This had me wondering if I should ride HIC or go and by a SCS or am I fine with rad crows?

Unless you are going big or consistently seshing like big gaps and shit then you should be fine with HIC.

godddd i wish i could afford a baby scs, the prices need to go down.
andrew if you had a sale right now you would get alot more money, you should definantly run a sale for like three days.
