pictures are looking pretty legit. can you teach me how to do the one with the strawberry in the water?

thanks man, for those pictures i used a fish tank filled with water in my basement and put it on a table infront of a wall that i put a black bag over. then set up 2 slave flashed on the 2 sides of the tank shooting in towards the middle with my camera infront on a tripod. then i simply dropped things in and pushed the shutter button at the right moment. i forget the specifics but i think i had it at 1/500 of a second at f5.6. 1/500 is the slowest shutter to fully freeze motion. takes a while to get the hang of dropping the objects with one hand and hitting the shutter button with the other but you get the hang of it after a while. hope this was helpfull.

do you think i can do this without the flashes? i havnt bought mine yet and i wanna give it a try. i have these high powered LED lights that i use for portraits that might work. and what program do u use for your HDR work?

yeah lights will do just fine. you can even do it on a sunny day outside and use a solid color paper as a background. i liked how the blue paper came out as the background too. i currently use photoshop CS3 which works fine. if you choose to do an HDR make sure you bracket your pictures. i usually do a 3 stop bracket but the more the better i suppose.
