go post in the wrong thread about the TIC contest again

theres no law saying you have to sign a waiver at a park. if its a private park its totally at the owners discretion, the law doesnt come into it at all

oh ok I see where you're coming from, I thoguht you emant US law had no impact on the park owners decision to make you sign a waiver
