Top cap stuck in HIC bar?

So i was putting my bars on and the top cap got stuck inside. the bolt is above it just rattling around and i do not know how to get the cap out. Help?

I am still confused on how people managed to do this.... Try to grab it with something like a craw or something...

i guess the top cap was a bad size for the bars. i twisted the bars and it just came out. and i havent found anything i can grab it with. bars are inward victorys and top cap is fsa orbit, the one that comes with the reventon

why did you twist the bars? and it probably wasn't tight enough.

get one of those thin plyer thingies and grab from the slit
