how do you get backflips on tramps? cos i still havent got over the fear of going right back...
eh i was trying to do them today and i go a little sideways...
i'll get a film of my attemps soon
such a good vid though!!! love it

jump high. then when your like at your maximun height, throw your head backwards and tuck yourself into a ball. when the rotation is done, unfold your feet and land. but you dont wanna end up doing the flip too early or you wont have enough height and youll end up falling out of balance and landing on you belly. just remember to go high, throw your head hard backwards, tuck into a ball and land ;) youll get em soon enough.

i can do everythng you can do but nothing more lloyd haha we are on the exact same level regarding tramps. but im going to a gymnastics place this weekend to teach myself how to do both double backflips and dub frontflips

i usually do tramp scootering.. but since my parents bought this fucking house with a fucked up backyard i cant really set up my tramp its still in brand new fucking condition... a few weeks ago i set up the main ring of it and it totally fits in my yard my mom just wont let me set it up for some reason.. but anyways good tricks but really boring do something new or better yet throw in some tramp scooting

I dont have a spare scoot for tramp scootering... but yeah I learned frontflip 360s so I guess its a variation...

sweet erik. work on that 180 backflip, I think you were missing 90 degrees or something. and if you want a steady shot, use some tripod, or a bucket, or whatever can hold the cam straight (I used my pool enclosure gate thingy lol)

but nice 360 backflip. try and get more if you can ;)

everyone should start posting vids in here that would be dank lol

nicce, i dont have tramp but currently i hav no scooter and i visit pretty much gymnastic place, i can do therer backflip, 180 frontflip, 540 frontflip into foam, aerial(nohanded carvwheel), double front into foam, and degrees such as 900 and stuff
