travelling with scooters

i may be going on holiday soon to sweden, however to keep the cost down i want to fly with a cheaper airline. they however only allow max 10 kgs with 55 x 40 x 20 cm. i dont see how i could bring my scooter there without paying for extra luggage. any suggestions??

I am going to peru and idk how to fit 25x22 t bars in my luggage and a thresh. I don't want to go without it though. Probably be the first non-child scooter rider there

sadly it looks like i may well not be going atm, i always go in the summer holidays though. i lived near varberg for 3yrs, south west coast so i go there on holiday to catch up with friends etc.
