thats why i hate b-182's fast stuff
i liked some of their slower songs, and a bunch of the remixes to rap songs travis barker did.

Hellz Yeh!!

i really hope it all is good for him and doesnt stop making music.

Travis And DJ-AM expected to be in burns hospital for a feww weeks
2nd and 3rd degrees burns.

Also i found out, The 6 onboard the plane went on a special private jet because one of the passengers on board(now dead) wanted to get home quickly because his wife was in labour, she had the baby the next morning, and now the father is gone.

:(
that made me spill a tear or two.

Get better mates.
And my prayers are with the families of the Crew/passengers who lost their life.

i know you play the drums and all, but you're rediculous. Travis is f*cking AMAZING at the drums.

he is really not that great at all. he can fit in with the band he plays with which takes a lot of skill and is something that is lacking in a lot of bands, but take him out of blink 182 and its almost embarassing...

Travis barker is the most amazing drummer in thw world.,
and hopefully he has the ability to keep playing, which i know hge will,

If he plays again, he will be even more respectable then he is now
broken arms (and still playing)
Broken legs (and still playing)
3rd+2nd Degrees (and still going to play)

He is so easy to admire <3.

Wonder how his tats are? (He has burns on torso and lower body)

okay he is a great punk drummer. has done what the band needs him to do to make their money. unfourtunately, punk is a genre that is just overly simplistic and has little depth. to say travis is the greatest drummer in the world is a joke. you take him out of the punk setting and its awful. there is a video of him on youtube playing a marching snare and its so horrible i can't even watch it.

Edit- Nate that snare solo is freaking amazing.i dont so why u see its bad.
its just all easy stuff. i guess the playing isn't horrible, its that everyone thinks its amazing. that would be like a mediocre audition for most college marching bands

But here's an update.

Barker, one of two survivors of the September 19 tragedy, said he hated planes and was "grateful" to be alive, magazine Us Weekly reports.

"My biggest fear ever is to be involved in a plane crash," he said.

"So when that happened ... well, I'm just thankful to be alive. I'm just grateful to be here at all."

Both pilots and two of Barker's friends were killed when their Learjet crashed shortly after takeoff in Columbia, South Carolina, just hours after Barker and high-profile spinner DJ AM had performed a gig.

Barker and DJ AM Ã?Æ?Ã?¢Ã?¢ââ?¬Å¡Ã?¬Ã?¢ââ??¬Ã? real name Adam Goldstein Ã?Æ?Ã?¢Ã?¢ââ?¬Å¡Ã?¬Ã?¢ââ??¬Ã? escaped the crash by sliding down the plane's wing to safety, but both suffered second- and third-degree burns.

Speaking from the Grossman Burn Center in Los Angeles, Barker said he was recovering well despite "going nuts" because he could not yet hold his two young children.

"I'm so anxious to get out of here Ã?Æ?Ã?¢Ã?¢ââ?¬Å¡Ã?¬Ã?¢ââ??¬Ã? I've just been in surgery after surgery," he said.

"I have third-degree burns basically from my feet up to my waist and both hands Ã?Æ?Ã?¢Ã?¢ââ?¬Å¡Ã?¬Ã?â??Ã?¦ I'm trying to have a quick recovery and play the drums again and be able to hold my kids again."

The 32-year-old musician told of how he had been too afraid to fly from his first burn unit in Georgia to the clinic in LA where he is currently recovering.

He instead organised to travel by bus across the US with his father and his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

Barker also said he was happy to heed doctors' advice of eating meat to aid his recovery, despite having been a vegetarian for over 25 years.

"I would do anything I possibly could [to heal quickly] Ã?Æ?Ã?¢Ã?¢ââ?¬Å¡Ã?¬Ã?¢ââ??¬Ã? I don't regret it at all," he said.

Barker was one of the more colourful members of the multi platinum-selling punk rock band Blink-182, whose biggest album was 1999's CD Enema of the State and sold more than five million copies in the United States alone.

Barker is expected to leave the burn centre sometime in the next fortnight.
