Well, I'd call That a 'Half-Warped Legwrap Pogo No-hander' But thats just using Names of tricks I already Have seen. Nevr seen that Before, never have, I tried it up next 2 a Kerb an Jumped whilst doing it onto the Kerb and it made a Very Interesting Tire-Tap.
