Just practice a lot. Try to get your manuals down real good and consistent before you try throwing stuff in and out of them. Find that balance point.

practice doing manys and then hop out as high as you can and when you get that dialed then start throwing whips and bars into them

maybe for doing tricks out of manuals start by practising hopping/pogoing on ur back wheel only and doing tricks outta that

If you want to practice tricking in then just land in the pogo (back wheel with brake down) Then you get used to catching it and landing in that position. If you can do that comfortably then it shouldn't be hard to manual after it. I have no idea how some kids can tailwhip to brakeless manual. It's beyond me.

this, for instance you won't be able to tailwhip to manual if you can't catch your whips comfortably, same with barspins. just commit.
i can catch whip and bars very high, ive been able to do them for ages

i can tyyre tap/pogo, its like my sig trick almost but thank both of you and everyone for the help! means alot

think of it like a 2-step. e.g. if you are trying manuals to bar out. learn 2-step bars, then just add the extra manualing infront of it.

as i have found out- most of learning tricks is practice, and not to give up.
