Trouble with lucky fork

The Bearing race that gose on the bottom of the fork is super loose i can take it of with my fingers its suposed to be tight or will it not make a difrence im useing an scs

all lucky forks i ever had were like that (i had 2 ) works fine.. i love it cuz it sooooo easy
