Truck technique?

So, I dont even scoot, but Im trying to learn trucks (3' bars for you americans) and want some help with my technique. Should I be hucking the 3, and then throwing a clean bar, or throwing the bar at about 180, and catching while spinning? Hope that made sense. haha

Still called trucks, lol.

Throw the bar as early as possible.

If you're first trying to learn them, do the 360 then throw the bar when you're at about a 270 degree. Once you practice that a lot, you'll begin to do the bar earlier, right at the 180 (and it will look better). Practicing them off small ledges is the best way to learn, you just have to commit when you try them ;)

ya when i do them flat i start my barspin half way through. but i dont throw it i kind of hand it off if that makes sense so i can keep it in control.
