My sister was vegan for 9 years. Have to plan out what you will eat to make sure get enough of everything. As for just vegetarian, Not a bad Idea. I wouldn't mind trying it some time

I've been vegetarian for 4 months (technically pescatarian cause I eat seafood (rarely though)) but yeah it's really easy after the first few weeks. My whole family is vegetarian though so that helps. After you adapt to not eating meat everything goes back to normal except you feel way better.

Maybe youre just not getting all your vitamins. Talk to your doctor, I take D and Iron vitamins daily now.

Also look into aloe juice or tell your mom to buy some. it helps with feeling irregular and its really good for you. I take a shot of aloe juice before i ride and it helps with sore muscles/joints

Ive considered going vegan! I wanna try vegetarian first for about a year than switch to vegan. Its a very positive lifestyle as long as you can support your body.
I'm straight edge which is a lifestyle based around not drinking, smoking, or using drugs. But theres a lot of straight edge people who adapted to the vegetarian lifestyle and they love it. A couple of them told me its extremely hard to adapt at first and you may feel sick but its because your body adapts to a new nutritional input.
Do it man!

Just make sure to get your calcium, vitamin D, and iron, those are the things that you don't get from most fruits and veggies. Flax seed/quinoia/tofu for protein.

But why will it make me feel better if I get protein from other sources? The animal activist side already explains itself, I'm talking about why will eating protein from nuts and tofu make me feel better as opposed to getting it from meat?

Because meat isn't even healthy.

At least not the amount people nowadays eat, it's seriously disgusting the amount of meat people eat and think is normal. it's healthy at really low amounts but not as healthy as other sources

Yeah dude, cut out anything that has any food dyes in it or preservatives. A quick google search gave me this list, which is pretty good to start with. Also make sure to cut out high fructose corn syrup, that one isn't on this list if I remember correctly. http://tpzoo.wordpress.com/2009/07/...ditives-you-need-to-eliminate-from-your-diet/

It might make everyone think you're pretentious or some shit, but they're the ones eating poison. You need to read the ingredients of EVERYTHING you eat. No big names, those are all pretty much bad. The shit you buy in the grocery store like chips and candy and soda are wayyyy worse than fast food. Just make sure you know what you're eating and have a strong ass will because that shit is designed for your taste buds.
