Trying out vegatarian for awhile.

you all seem to think that being vegetarian means you can only eat vegetables, thats why you're so turned off by it. you can balance out the blandness of vegetables with these wonderful things called fruits! they're quite tasty, much more so than vegatables. a bowl of cheerios or granola in the morning with some berries or fruit in it, best shit ever also in case you didnt know: chocolate is vegetarian, and they even make vegan chocolate. you can still eat milk & cheese if you're vegetarian (but not vegan) so its easy to make most things taste better. go make a quesadilla with cheese, spinach leaves, tomatoes & avocados. shit is bomb, son. top it off with some strawberries & chocolate for desert. eating vegetarian doesnt mean you have to eat boring tasteless food, you just have to be a little more resourceful.ive slowly been changing my eating habits over the last 4-5 years, ive stopped eating red meat altogether, i eat it maybe once a year, if that. i still eat chicken & turkey, but only once or twice a week. fish i still eat, but even less frequently that chicken/turkey. i want to eventually go vegetarian, and possibly vegan, but i dont have the money to do that. (healthy food is expensive... go figure)

Chrispy, If you're feeling sluggish then you may be dehydrated. Drink at least 2L of water throughout your day. Pee should be clear or close to it.

I was vegetarian for five years, but recently decided to stop.
Now I avoid eating gluten whenever possible, it can damage your guts and the rest of your body suffers. My health has improved after making that change in my diet.

No meat is death. Like that was a living breathing fucking animal that had to be brutally murdered for you to eat it and was most likely in a place a thousand times worse than a prison eating shit made to make it more fat. A slave destined to be murdered. Meat is not life, its necessity is an illusion,

ive been pescetarian for 6 years and its nbd anyomore. its just like any other part of life and its so easy to not eat meat (besides fish on occasion). Maybe its because i dont find most meat attractive in any way

Be careful eating fish if you're toward the west coast. Most of that water is polluted with radiation from Fukushima.

And Hep is on point, just because you're vegetarian doesn't mean you only eat vegetables. That's less than half of what I eat and I've been doing this since before I could talk.

tacos yo? Beans, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, and sour cream and cheese if you bend that way. Add whatever the fuck you want I usually make a stir fry with tempeh in it. Tempeh is a soy product, but its fermented so the estrogenic properties soy usually has an averted. Pesto goes well also.

it would make me more than happy to see people posting on this thread again. Most of my scooter friends have plenty of questions about veganism/vegeterianism and it would be cool to see if there are any other people out there who are interested.
