Tsi bolt problem

My tsi deck plate didnt fit right when i put it on. when i tightened the bolts, one of the rivet things in the frame came loose and the bolt is sticking out and i cant unscrew it. HELP

Jared you should have called me when you ran into a problem. Come by the shop and I will show you how to do it correctly and will fix what ever you got going on.
