ummmmmm do you hove both headset cups on?? you need to put a headset on.

Hahaha, you need to hammer in some bearing cups dude.
If you cant figure it out go to your local bicycle shop.

ahahah with your headset, if your still urisng your stock headset for some messed up reson, then you have to hammer the old cups out of your old headtube, and then put them into it.
