The fender brake is basically a break you put on your scooter that doesnt move at all. So its like riding breakless.

yer but u have to cut the fender off and drill a brake hole

basically its a chunk of metal that sits over your back wheel that stops you from touching your foot on the back wheel but it doesnt move so it's liek a protective guard and not a brake.
i reckon it would be sick but not for manuals and stuff, it'd be weird
