that is stupid, is should be a six month. cuz with in three months it is bairly broken in. there fore just staring to warp into the feel of the rider. so if it was going to break it would be the first week, or the 4-6th month. 8)

sorry you guys! We are trying to make these brakes better and I want to try and not drill holes in the drop outs because it will make it weaker... don't worry. we will fix this problem. Most product that come out eventually something fails. (i.e. First Proto's, French ID forks, Un-dehubable SZ Twizzlers which I've Dehubbed in 2 weeks)

It's a good thing this is just a small problem!

Thanks Mario. I think I found the stuff we are looking at different alloys of metal for the brake. chromoly, stanless steel, maybee titainium, all good options, I was just looking at this grade of aluminum its better for forming, and I can heat treat to stronger grade, 2024 - One of the best non heat-treated, high strength alloys with excellent fatigue resistance which is used extensively in aircraft construction. It is readily formed in the annealed condition and may be heat treated. Welding is generally not recommended. Applications include aircraft structural components, aircraft fittings and hardware, wheels and parts for the transportation industry.
this is all I think about
