TSI One Piece Deck?

just ordered my 4.5 tsi. very excited. anyone wanna let me know how long it took to ship directly from tsi?? thanks

one of my friends ordered a tsi but when it came in the mail it had a crack in the headtube so he send it back and had to pay an extra $130.00 just to have the headset and headtube fixed. so if i order mine and it has a messed up headtube do i pay extra to get it fixed or just send back then get a different TSI?

Whod he send it back to? cause im sure that is complete BS if he sent it to matt. He is sooo legit. He doesnt fnck around. If it came with a manufaturing defect I know he would replace it for free. Hes been replacing decks just for people who had broke the brake which is so so so minor.

We will replace your TSI until it lasts the full 90 days from when you first get it. If it cost's the company money then so be it. We are not in this business to make money but to simply try and make the best possible product for the market and to set standards in the industry...

About 3.5 lbs. But that will change since we are now starting to reinforce the decks.

BTW, We just shipped Skater HQ 5 decks yesterday. So AUS will be getting them shortly.

no the head tube is a head tube the downtube is the downtube. The part that is welded on to a headtube. The part that connects the head tube to the deck.

He did not send it to me, I would just send out a new one. I would NEVER charge some one to fix a deck.

That story is BS. If the deck had a defect Thom Cat would have replaced it for free.
He is hella legit and sticks to his warrenty agreement. That is why I'm sticking with
TSI as my deck and never a razor!

idk why all u guys are worry about it, i personaly have seen thom cat making these, ive been riding them. you guys are going to get your moneys worth out of it garenteed

So if you guys are reinforcing them starting now. What happens to some of us that got older models? If ours start to snap, will we get one of the newer reinforced models, as a replacement?
