technically, "one piece" bars are 2-piece bars.

technically, slayers & crowbars/vultures are 4-piece bars.

yes the whole part you stand on is a deck plate.screwed into the frame. its solid. nothing to worry about

The term is made because there is only ONE piece of tubing attaching the headtube and the deck together. One piece bars go by the same term. Only one tube welded for the crossbar. Crow bars and all that, same concept, three pieces welded together to make a crossbar. Same as 4 piece bike bars. They get away with "four piece" because there is no steertube.

Just wait, 10 piece bars, idea of the future, you'll see...
