what do you mean the backsweep, you just put bike bars in it... You could get them without backsweep

no, it uses mtb bars, which you could most likely find without backsweep if you look hard enough

Just get the backsweep bars. You won't regret it. Scepters are awesome because if you get bored of one width mountain bike bars are easy to find and come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. AND mountain bike crossbars also come in all sorts of materials and such.

AND HIC!

What kind of mountain bike bars like the ones like kota bars thats stupid

well for one, kota bars arent mtb bars, if anything they would be bmx bars. which they arent. secondly, just go to a bike store and ask for their selection on bars. not that hard

ok to answer aaaalll of your questions

they come hic with practically any hight you ask.

the width depends on the cross bar,
im not sure what brands the shop buys but i know
you can get a cross bar thats steel, has aprox 2 inch rise and 5 deg back sweep
oorr you can get a flat bar with no rise and 5 deg back sweep.

scepters will fit any bike cross bar that is 1 " diameter

you can find some here : http://www.bikemania.biz/Bicycle_Handlebars_s/154.htm

scepters are probably the most innovative bar system for the scootering communitie.

allowing the use of a 1" cross bar adds strength and at the same time cuts down on weight. it allows you to make you bars higher ( with the use of rise)
wider or shorter whenever needed.
