TSI Thom Cat= Chromoly
French ID = Aluminum

Chromoly is much stronger then Aluminum so if your not a weight freak and you want a strong simple fork then go with the Thom Cat's. That's what I've been riding for the past 6 months. Can't go wrong!

I have my French ID since maybe 2 year and it is always great I have no problem with it...
And the persons who say that thom cat are stronger than French ID, you don't know, because thom cat are on the market for 2 months, nobody had the time to break, we may see it on the length-term.

ScoOter_ChilLa, from what city do you come from in germany?

...i cant use them with ICS,right?
... can i buy threaded thom cats too? i looked in your profil and there stands :
Fork: "125mm Thom Cats"

The steer tube is the tube that connects everything. It's what makes the fork "steer" The fork tube is the fork "arms" down to the wheel. ICS will not work. HIC is the the compression we use for these threadless forks. And we will NOT be haveing any threaded versions. Period.

They weight a little over 1 pound.
