thom cat is best used with HIC or SCS, its like impossible to use with ICS

unless you use 100mm wheels, cut the forktube, and make your own cap which i did and it didnt work very well, it won't. it's not worth the trouble.
in case anyone was wondering to make the cap i bent a washer to fit in the divet and then welded a spacer on to that, with another washer welded to the end of that. if you make your own cap without doing this 100mm wheels wont fit on haha.
