The wheelbase on the Hep Threshold is less than .25" shorter than the 5"x21" Orion....but it feels much lighter and more nimble (for lack of a better term. lol)
Bottom line the Orion is badsss and the Threahold is badass

yeah thats what i did, and i still have to take a flat head and hammer in the washers.

its a lot faster if you use a dremel

Don't file the deck. Hammer the washers to thin them out

Yeah just use vice-grips or pliers to hold each washer while you grind them down with a Dremel. I used a 1/2" sanding drum on a dremel, only takes a sec.
