TSI wing deck plate review

well the first thing i noticed when i stepped on my scooter was the concave,
you really feel like your being suctioned on to the deck lol.

the other thing i noticed was when i whipped it it felt the same as a regular 4.5 deck plate, it wasn't awkward at all.

and to add to that the fucking foot space you have is incredible!!!!!!

when i took it to the park the first trick i tried was a 360 tail, when i threw the whip it spun even faster and i caught it like nothing!
thats where the concave came in ;)

so in conclusion

pros:

no compromise of weight

feels ten times as grippy

foot space

and all around good feel as your riding.

cons:

putting on grip tape can be a tad bit of a hassle XD

well to answer all your questions

1. griptape is kinda hard cause of the concave, if you just throw it on there will be air bubbles where the concave starts but its not really a biggie.

2. the difference is that the deck plate has more concave and is tapered, it starts at 4.0 wide then in the middle 4.5 and at the back 5.0

3. because of the width at the back it makes catching tail whips, bri's, or anything where your feet leave the deck easier.

and because of the width at the back 50 50's are heeps easier ;)

ohh, well i grip skateboards all the time. so decks with concave doesnt makes a difference for me, and if your worried about air bubbles. get mob grip with the air holes.

i dont really like the look of the shape to be honest
