I'm really dissapointed with this game. Don't get me wrong, it's an ok game, but it's just not nearly as good as it was hyped up to be. There was all this hype about, "Two Worlds is going to be just like Oblivion, only better!", but if I had to compare Two Worlds to Oblivion, Oblivion stomps the shit out of Two Worlds. The story is likable enough, but there is just sooooo many problems, technical and design. For instance, character customization is virtually non-existent, your character looks like a queer when he walks and runs (though the running is so slow their pretty much the same thing), and the game actually lags a little when you swing your weapon. Also, getting from place to place as a low level character is just about impossible, seeing as even the lowest level critters will kick your ass, and they always seem to travel in packs of 4 or 5. Also, I the games voice acting is horrible, it all sounds as if it was taken from some cheesy low-budget medieval chivalry romance. Theres also subtitles, which, when coupled with the fact that your characters mouth rarely moves on time with audio, gives the effect that this cheesy low-budget medieval chivalry romance was made in China. If you can stomach this long-list of issues, and your looking for a old-school fairly open-ended RPG, Two Worlds is worth a rental, possibly a buy if your really into it. But if your anything but an hard core RPG afficionado, Oblivion is much more worth your time.
