I would rather live in Australia just on the fact that it is a safer country to live in, I think the education and health system although its not perfect is better is Australia and also how Americans are taught about America this America that with hardly any knowledge of other countries. A family member of mine went to America and told us how he was asked so many stupid questions about australia like if we have electricity in Aus and whether we have mcdonalds in australia and alot of americans asked him whether all australians have kangaroos and koalas as pets. I know its not every American but seriously how can you be that ignorant

yer i know exactly wat u mean. i watched this show once wen an aussie went to america and asked people where certain landmarks where. e.g. eiffel tower, colleseum, the vatican. most people answered correctly but he managed to convince all of them that they where all in australia WTF?!?!?!?!??!?! seriously they are the stuipidest people ever. but thats not the worst he managed to convince everyone of them that mount rushmore was in australia seriously this takes the cake

I dont think thats really that stupid. Kangaroos are always associated with Aus when your growing up over here, so it might be safe for someone to assume you guys might keep them as pets, although they are probably too fuckingg wild to have as a pet. I dont see what your getting at with the McDonalds one... thats not really ignorant. Over here theres different fast food restaurants in every state.

Yeah... same here. We have McDonalds (Maccas), Hungry Jacks (our name for Burger King), KFC, Subway, Wendy's, Red Rooster, Donut King, and that's all the main ones JUST from South Australia. Feel free to add to my list Aussies.

Also, Americans get too sensitive about people talking about them, and feel they must prove what they have over the other people.
