Onto the Wandy vs Rampage fight. Im assuming youve seen the past two destructions of Rampage. And considering Wandy is coming off that quick knockout on Jardine, and Quintons last fight was his loss of the title to Griffin. Not to mention Quintons antics that took place after that fight...hes going to be coming in a little rusty, and with a lot of pressure...Im gonna say, fight will be ending late in the 1st or early in the second, Wanderlei def. Quinton due to ref stoppage due to strikes. theres the 2 cents.

Yea , i used to follow Anderson a lot back in Pride. Once he made his debut in the UFC against Leben he got a lot more well known. His latest fight wasnt so great...but thats why hes fighting again really soon against Thales Leites(sp) really soon. Look for him to make short work against Thales, considering he wants to make people completely forget about his last fight. He is also been training with Freddy Roach on his boxing, which was already phenomenal but im sure will now only get better. Freddy Roach coaches Manny Pacqiauo, not sure if anyone knows who that is on here...lol But yea Roach is going to turn Anderson into even more of a beast.

One thing people dont take into consideration with Wanderlei, is his stand up. He likes to throw a lot of hooks, and looping over hands. Naturally you want to throw straight punches against someone like that. And if Quinton wants to he has a really stiff jab and cross. But it was obvious they were going to duke it out, considering their history. After seeing the first minute it was obvious that someone was getting knocked out before the round closed. And Wandy got caught..Id like to see Quniton get his game back on track, and work his way to a title shot with Rashad. However i think Rashads first title defense will go to Lyoto Machida..Which will make for a really interesting technical match up, considering Lyotos unorthidox style.
Onto Mir and Nog. Amazing fight, but it became relevant pretty early on that Frank has been working on his striking a lot. The way he would step in with that uppercut, was really killing Nog. Normally i wouldnt be worried because Nog can take a LOT of punishment, as you saw..he was knocked down 2-3 times in the first round alone. The key to finishing Nogueira is once you got him hurt, keep him hurt. Although at no time was Nog 'OUT' he was not defending long enough for the ref to stop it. But give 4-5 more seconds, and he would have pulled Frank into guard and regained his composure. But Frank deserved that win, and Brock.. wow dont get me started, he cant handle Franks new stand up, and will have no answer for Frank if the fight goes down.
Rashad vs Forrest. Was pretty much what i knew it would be, both fighters got amazing conditioning, and wouldnt be gassing in that fight at all. Forrest's style though is that hes never really trying hard enough to finish the fight. Hes more trying to slowly break you down and impose his will on you, and finish if he can, or get a decision. Where Rashad clearly, wanted to win the fight and make yet another statement to the Light Heavyweight division...which he did. Hes now shown knockout power in his right leg, right hand, and he showed against Forrest that he can finish on the ground if he has to. Im really impressed with his performances in the past couple years. I can see him holding the title for a while.
Anyways, theres my two cents. (Im contemplating moving this to Other Sports) Im thinking some people see this 'UFC' as a 'Show' that comes on Tv.. and not as the sport it actually is, which is called Mix Martial Arts. Not UFC fighting or some shiit.. anyways Chad, anything you wanna know or ask, feel free.
