well flatty could refer to something like a flat car tire / bike tire / etc..
tabletop is pretty self explanitory...the top of a table.

Flatty is just another name for a table. It's like calling a manual a manny or a lookback a looky or a tailwhip a whip, it's the same thing.

Manuals and wheelies aren't the same thing, on a scooter it's pretty much impossible to do a wheelie. On bikes you can manual, where you just use your body to balance, and a wheelie where you pedal. On sportbikes you can only do wheelies, not manuals. So I guess if you had no brake and you kicked the wheel to do a wheelie it would be a wheelie?

flatty is just making it sideways thingo.
table is doing the same but turning the bars so your front wheel is facing upwards.
