anyway, it won't affect me..

yup yup, there classed as elcetric assisted bycles as long as the stick to certain rules, like there not allowed to go over 15mph or a motor bigger than 200w, however certain model like the one posted below have a switch wich makes it go 30mph, allegadly for off road use, but every one just uses that on the road so its cool
