How long have you had the phone? After a certain amount of time you can call the provider you got it from and they have to give you the unlock code (in the US atleast)

how does that work?
i unlocked samsung phones a lot, but will they give u the codes for like any phone?
also... just google it and look for the codes. samsung phones use simple codes that are free in tons of places.

Subcity codes or something. You can hit a certain combo of keys on your phone and you'll get the prompt to enter it, or you can put a different providers SIM in your phone and it will ask you for it. Its written somewhere that they have to give you the code after a certain amount of days, i can't think of the amount, but im sure you can find it on google.
