this is done on both my scooters, enjoy:
1. cut off the T part so it just looks like |
2. hammer the asphalt bars(the T part) into the TOP of the sawed off t-tube.
3. hammer the top 2" of the t-tube towards the bend in the back of the asphalt bars (the bend is where it rubs against the clamp so it doesn't spin around)
4. slide the t-tube/asphalt bar combo piece into the origional steer tube from the Razor bars
5. BOLT, not clamp, the whole bars, so the bolt goes through the steer tube, then the t-tube, then the fusion bars, through the fusion bars, through the t-tube, then last, through the steer tube.

^ second bars i made, recomended to bolt twice, but i ran out of bolts

^back view of the bars. these are Madd steer tube, but it doesn't matter. same demensions.
THIS IS WHERE YOU HAMMER IT IN TO PREVENT MOVING!!!
if you don't hammer it, it WILL most likely move. my first mistake.
