Is anyone else into urban exploration? By urban exploration, I mean admiring abandoned buildings. Searching them--even photographing them. I love venturing through buildings from little houses to giant hospitals, observing what was left from the past and trying to imagine what the places were like in the days of old. It's mysterious and eerie. I love the smell of mold and mildew that every building seems to have.
If you go to these places to spray paint, wreck, disrespect, or smoke pot/do drugs, I'm highly disappointed and, quite frankly, fucking pissed at you. You disgust me. I'd love to invite people who do this to my home so I can promptly tear off their balls and make them choke on their sacks.
Anyway, I've got a somewhat extensive collection of photos (some are horrible) I've taken over the years. I love to document:
HERE.
I haven't gone exploring since 2008 and it depresses me, but I'll show a few of my favorites:
Mental hospital. I believe it's gone now.
A seclusion room with the bed bolted to the floor.
The morgue of a TB hospital. My favorite place of any of these. It was quiet, peaceful, and the air felt like death.
Body freezer in the morgue.
I want to see how these work.
It's a raccoon.
Rusty wall at Pennhurst. Read about this place, it's terrifying.
Shoes nailed to the stairs.
Yes, I love black & white. That's all I'll post, the rest are in the photobucket.
