Urgent help required!!!! Pls help

Hey Guys.
I am sure there are heaps of posts about this already and I did search so dont tell me I didnt, but I need help installing my threadless headset onto my lucky nw threaded forks on my mgp:confused:

I have read heaps of posts about this but can somebody pls explain the process clearer to me because I am having lots of trouble understanding how to do it for my mgp

pls post pics, a video or proper, clearer, more simple instructions for mgp's.

What compression system?

edit: Sorry, I just realised you said threaded. Basically, get a one inch headset spacer. Assemble your headset as normal and then put your fork though as normal. Then place the headset spacer on top of your headset, and there should be no visible threadless parts of the fork left. Then, put your locknut on and your right to go. Hope that helps, don't have a video though

Get your stock cups out by putting a flathead inside the headtube and banging the end of a flathead with a hammer once they are out take your new headset cups and put them under a block of wood and bang the block with a hammer once those are in put the bottom bearings on your fork along with everything else that came with the bottom cup do the same with the top put the fork through the headtube and screw the the nut on the fork.
