Urgent need help with headset

So i have a Crane Creek the Headset and threaded forks RUP. For thread forks do u need to put on the top cap and the nut u get with your stock? Right now i have just the stock nut on do i need to have the crane creek top cap and RUP stock nut both on?

you use the cane creek headset
but no top cap or starnut or compression bolt
instead you need >2< locknuts

how is >2< locknuts gonna help
cause it i tightin it to hard it dosent spin and if i tightin not hard enough it wobbles
and i have a top cap

and cane creek compression cap mam

lol dude just put ONE locknut on over the topcap and titghten it FINGER TIGHT not wrench tight but finger tight and you should be golden, thats what im running right now

Ok so with the top cap it makes scratching noise from rubbing on top cup and i got it nice and smooth and no noise with only nut but it wobbles either way with top cap or not.. Fuk this im going to scooter zone tomorrow
