vegas pro 9 rendering help

i need hlep when i go to render my video in 1920 by 1080 it gets half way and stops and says i need to close progams or something like that but i restarted my comp and done it with nothing open and it said the same thing anyone know what i can do to fix this please reply

Open task manager and check around

start > run > msconfig > click the start up tab. uncheck unnecessary programs that don't need to be running at start up.
