nah you cant. what everyone else does if they want the trick to be slow-mo they just make it look heaps slow when they do it. works a treat, ask derrek

Well there should be a littlle icon thats a Razor.
Find the part you want to be slow-mo.
Cut it out.
Right click and find Speed/Duration.
Change it to what you would like.(60 should be fine).
And then check it out to see if it looks good.

I have vegas and ive never seen any of that ryan haha. What i do is, go to the beginning of the trick you want to slow mo, and then hit "S" on your keyboard, which will split the clip, then go to the end of the trick, and hit "S" on your keyboard again, that will spilt it again. So you now have your trick clip split up. Then hold Ctrl, go to the end of the clip, and then drag the clip out so it looks like its longer, but it really just made it slow mo.

and danny i got this from you, when you change it to slowmo that way (instead of putting in a velocity envelope) there is quality lost because it plays each frame slower and like blends them together, so its smoother when watching it but if you try to get a frame grab than its blurry-er than normal.

andd right click the audio bar and check the box towards the bottom i cant remember what its called right now

thanks guys, i would have figured it out i just wasnt sure how to split clips.

Much appreciated

Dibbs: that box could have been right click the audio>properties>lock to stretch?

ok if this is for sony vegas you click were in the clip your trick starts and press S and do the same were it ends... that will split it for you then you take that clip and hold CTRL and drag the clip how ever long/slower you want it to be then when you are done with that you right lick on the slow moed clip and click on properties and then click the box "lock to stretch" . other wise its gonna have a weird noise to it when you play it back.
