VertX LinX Fork on a District V2i?

I remember reading that some Proto fork won't fit on the District, so I was wondering if the VertX LinX fork would? Like, would it hit the underside of the downtube at all or anything?

phoenix forks are fine and i have seen a vertx fork on one so you will be fine
