Vertx problem! Please read

for christmas i got a vertx ibeam2 and x ray headtube. i threw a headset on it and rode it for a few hour. i loved it.
now its creaking like crazy! at first i thought i had my scs too tight. after taking it apart about 9 times a buddy of mine said it was probobly the bolt on the bottom of the deck, i tightened it and it stopped creaking for a few minutes. its annoying as shit. someone please help

Blue locktite on the bolt? Use a air ratchet to tighten it?
