Its under a bridge, but sometimes the rain still manages to get to it, depends on what way the winds blowing. Its a fun park when theres nothing else going, not to much to say about it. Theres a 5 foot mini, a bank with a fence behind it, a small ass bank to bank jump, another quater and a manual pad. Didnt see any locals there but you should be right.
