idk if he scammed you but i heard that he takes a really long time to ship it out if you ordered your fork from vnc themselves, but i ordered mine from skyhigh scooters and they are already pre made at sky high, so if you order it from sky high it should only take like 3 days to come in, but it sounds like you ordered it from vnc so i would contact them and see whats up
