You can't get new VXs anymore except on ebay or a store that still has them in stock.

If your going to the HV, get the 43mm opteka or century. No point in putting a screw mk1 on that thing, it weighs more and costs more than the camera.

no you cant put an mk1 unless its threaded cuz mk1 bayos only fit vx1k's but not unless you get a special bayo
