what are you talkign about you dont want to do work? if you mean modding it and stuff just do it yourself, its not that hard and it will teach you stuff? why dont you just buy a new one? 45 bucks on amazon.com?

because i am looking for a modded one already i don't mind doing wok it is just that i want to ride...

buy one off of walmart.com. they will ship it to your nearest walmart for free. you just have to pick it up. just mod it yourself. it isnt that hard. it probally took me 10 min. to lock my foldy. what other mods would you need? if your just starting off, then your scooter doesnt have to be tricked out like donoflips.
