im looking for a website or a program i can buy to make a website. im not talking one of those cheap or free website but a good quality one that looks nice. anyone know were to get one and how much it cost?

Adobe Dreamweaver. Costs around $300. Learn HTML before your gonna bother dumping money into a program first though.
