Deadly? lol, you must be joking.
I'm gonna file the ends a little bit smoother on every bar anyway.

I'd call BUFF bars deadly, since they have sharp-edged stems and bolts everywhere.

No, i don't have any yet. I'm not really into making them either.

Because then the gussets will lose their entire purpose, it gets soft at the welding points, so that's why gussets are added, so the bar would be welded to the gussets horisontally and the gussets would be welded to the steertube. That's how the crossbar won't get any welds UNDER it so it won't get soft.

Ah I get it now. I have always been wondering that, and now once its been explained it makes perfect sense.

what is the size of the verticle tube eg. inside diameter / outside diameter / and wall thicknes cus me and some freind are going to make some

Yeah, Paul Gee's order is on the picture also.

All those bars went to the powdercoating workshop today and they will come out on monday because they are super-busy tomorrow.
