Uhm yeah that's easy.... Loosen the clamp, take the bars off, then take the clamp off. Buy some paint stripper (don't touch it it burns your hands), strip the bars, clean the bars with alcohol, buy yourself a can of paint and voilà.

Try searching next time, or using common sense. You shouldn't have to ask how to take your bars off your scooter, just look at in and figure it out like everyone else that rides.

i didnt ask how to take teh bars of i asked how to paint it and that guy just said no :S omg the knox guy you live near wear i basically live on the holidays lol

Just so you have a straight forward answer, you can take the bars off and spray paint them by taking off the bars, removing the grips, removing any stickers that may be on the bars, then pressing the button on top of the spray paint can that makes paint come spraying out, while aiming the previously mentioned can towards your bars.

HE'S LYING! You need to saw it off with a hacksaw. Loosening the clamp will just make your bars harder to get off.

You asked a) if you could take the bars off and spray paint them and b) if so, how? So if you DID know how to take the bars off.... what were you asking? If it was possible to spray paint on them...? :p
