Welding + bolting my foldy

ok first there are a bunch of thread about welding the foldy but i think this is a little different. Now as some of you may know i have a old a scooter but it's foldy is the new style and i bolted the folding mech but its still moves slitely. so i was thinking if i welded it and bolted it then it wouldn't move. Do you think this would work?

i dont have the money for a pro model and i working with what i got and i know ppl that weld thats why im asking. and its as tight as i can get it, im bending the washers that i used

sell yourstuff section and all u do it cut it off with a hacksaw or something

nah u just bolt it onto ur new a deck

well i dont have to much money right now so im going to weld it and bolt it for the time being but when i get some i think im going to buy a used pro deck or old a. also my friend has an old a that he doesnt ride so i might try to trade deck w/ him.

i think u have a new a, get a pro or atleast an old a then ur problem will be solved
OR
u ccoul get a pro foldy for that piece of ---- and then the deck will crack all around the foldy.

i no i have a new a, and im hoping to just trade decks and foldy with my friend but if not them im going to weld + bolt it so it doesnt move until i can get a pro
