it produces a much cleaner, stronger welds. and im not 100% positive on this, but i think it also causes less heat damage to the metal

i think that mig welders weld alu only and tig everything else im not sure tho

ahh ok well isnt a tig better for welding alu? or is it tig?

tig is better for aluminum yes. and i think its the only way you can weld aluminum. anyone correct me if im wrong. im preety sure you cant mig weld aluminum because its too hot

You can use different electrodes and ARC weld aluminum too.

i've never tig welded, i want to learn how. but i own a mig welder. the welds are aight, you can't weld aluminium, but yeah the welds are just aight.
TIG's the best way to go

nope. tig welding is harder since it requires more skill. its not just point and shoot exactly
